Vegastars terms and conditions for Australian players

Vegastars AU player terms - eligibility, KYC, cashier rules, bonus terms, anti-fraud and Costa Rica law.

18+ | Gamble Responsibly | T&Cs Apply

These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between each Vegastars account holder and Neptune Projects S.R.L. Specifically, the document covers account creation, eligibility, KYC obligations, deposits, withdrawals, bonus rules, anti-fraud framework, complaints and governing law. Furthermore, every account holder accepts the Terms during the registration sign-up flow through a binding tickbox. As a result, continued play after an update confirms ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

Acceptance of these terms

A player accepts these Terms when registering an account on the platform. Ticking the acceptance box at sign-up forms a binding contract with Neptune Projects S.R.L. The operator may also amend the Terms after giving reasonable prior notice to the email address registered on the account. Continuing to play after the effective date means the player accepts the amended version.

These Terms work together with the Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms and the Responsible Gambling Policy. Claiming the welcome stack also binds the player to extra bonus-specific terms. Those bonus terms sit on top of the general Terms rather than replacing them. Where a conflict arises, the bonus terms take precedence for promotion-specific matters only.

Eligibility and account registration

Only adult players may use the platform under these Terms. The operator sets 18 years old as the absolute global minimum age. The player must also satisfy any higher legal gambling age that applies where they live. AU players therefore need to meet both the 18+ floor and any state-level age threshold for their location.

The sign-up form collects identity, contact and credential data in one flow. Specifically, the operator captures name, date of birth, residential address, email and phone number. Furthermore, nationality may also appear as a required field during onboarding. The player carries full responsibility for the accuracy of every field submitted during sign-up.

Incorrect or false information can void winnings, bets and transactions on the account. Under the Terms, the operator reserves the right to reclaim funds linked to inaccurate declarations. If KYC documents do not match the sign-up data, verification is rejected and the account is frozen. AU players must therefore keep their account details accurate and up to date at all times.

Operator, licence and payment agent

Neptune Projects S.R.L., a Costa Rica entity, operates the platform. The company holds registration number 3-102-900308 and has a registered office in San Jose. The footer of the published bonus terms cites licence ALSI-202411027-FI1 under the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. The regulatory anchor for the published bonus catalogue therefore sits in the Anjouan framework.

Sultucia Limited processes card payments as the platform's registered payment agent. The company holds registration HE 464112 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Card-payment matters pass through Sultucia under the merchant-of-record relationship. Under the published Terms, card-payment disputes therefore fall to Cyprus law and Cyprus courts.

Player Responsibilities

The AU player alone is responsible for checking that online gambling is lawful where they live. The operator makes no assumption that the activity is legal for any player. AU players must confirm their own compliance with state-level gambling regulations. Under the published Terms, the player accepts the legal risk that comes with offshore play.

The account is for personal, non-commercial use only, across the whole platform. The website cannot be used for commercial profit, business purposes or the benefit of a third party. Sharing access or login credentials with third parties is a direct breach of these Terms. The player must keep credentials confidential and report any compromise immediately via [email protected].

Single-account rule and household restrictions

The operator enforces a strict one-account rule across its entire player base. Multiple accounts held by one individual void winnings and lead to account closure. The rule also extends to whole households sharing an IP address. Under the policy, sister accounts on the same IP can therefore face combined balance forfeiture.

Household IP collusion checks run on every new account during onboarding. Specifically, two registrations on the same residential connection raise an immediate flag for review. Furthermore, the technical team reviews whether activity patterns suggest separate household members or coordinated multi-accounting. Households with multiple adult players should contact support before opening any second account on the platform.

For the Welcome Package, the one-account rule extends across five identity proxies. The operator allows only one Welcome Package per household address, IP, email, telephone and payment method. It also reserves the right to refuse the Welcome Package based on internal anti-abuse metrics. AU players on shared connections should therefore plan welcome-stack claims with care.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Paysafe and other methods listed in the cashier. The minimum deposit is €20, roughly AU$33 at typical exchange rates. Daily deposits above €50,000 trigger source-of-funds and source-of-wealth checks under enhanced due diligence. The operator's internal currency is EUR - AUD transactions are converted by the player's bank or payment processor.

The published Terms clearly prohibit third-party deposits and business cards. A deposit from a card or account not in the player's name can void winnings during security checks. The operator can also ask for extra documents to confirm who owns the deposit instrument. Under the anti-fraud framework, suspicious funds may be blocked, reported to authorities and held pending review.

Withdrawal Conditions

Under the same-method rule, withdrawals must use the same payment method as the matching deposit. The deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can clear. The standard monthly withdrawal cap is $50,000 - larger wins are paid in monthly $50,000 installments. Daily winnings above $10,000 also trigger extra anti-fraud transaction checks.

The AU-specific card-payout caveats matter under the published Terms:

  • Visa OCT Not Available for AU. The Terms explicitly list Australia among OCT-excluded countries.
  • Mastercard Payouts Not Available for AU. Australia is not in the Mastercard payout supported-country list.
  • Bank Transfer. Processed “in principle within three banking days” per the published cashier SLA.
  • Alternative Methods. Available subject to AU eligibility per the cashier modal.

The two-week unreachable rule covers every withdrawal request under the published Terms. If the operator cannot reach the player by email or phone within 14 days of a withdrawal request, the account locks for KYC failure. KYC verification must also be completed before the first cash-out clears the cashier. AU players should therefore keep contact details current and reply promptly to verification messages.

Bonus terms and wagering rules

The Welcome Package and ongoing bonuses fall under the operator's published Bonus Terms. The welcome stack pays up to $6,000 plus 125 free spins across three deposits at 100% / 150% / 200% match rates. Wagering is 40× on bonus plus deposit, and free-spin winnings carry their own 40× wagering. The welcome cycle therefore needs substantial turnover before the bonus balance clears to Main Balance.

The maximum bet during an active welcome bonus stays at $25 per round across every game. Specifically, exceeding the max-bet rule voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Furthermore, bonuses payable above €250 in total credit only after KYC verification clears the account. As a result, AU players should upload identity documents early to avoid bonus credit delays on the welcome cycle.

Wagering contribution by game type follows a published split that changes how fast a bonus clears:

  • Pokies (Slots): 100% contribution toward wagering.
  • Live Casino Games: 10% contribution toward wagering.
  • Other Game Modes with Bonus Balance: permitted but do not reduce wagering.
  • Sportsbook and Esports: prohibited with Bonus Balance under the published policy.

Anti-fraud and account abuse

The operator monitors its live accounts for fraud and collusion signals on an ongoing basis. Anomaly detection flags unusual login locations, devices or activity patterns. Sanctions and PEP screening also runs against every active account on the platform. Suspicious sessions can therefore be placed on verification hold within minutes of detection.

Prohibited fraudulent actions include several scenarios under the published Terms:

  • Collusion. Multi-account activity from the same IP or household.
  • Advantage Play. Strategies aimed at unfair winnings (e.g., low-risk roulette covering 25+ of 37 numbers).
  • Chargebacks. Disputed payments that override the deposit.
  • VPN Usage. Masking location or identity to bypass restrictions.
  • Bonus Abuse. Creative ways to diminish wagering or claim multiple welcome packages.
  • Stolen Cards. Using a payment instrument not in the player’s name.

Chargebacks carry harsher consequences than a standard dispute outcome. The operator may charge the available balance to cover damages, pursue further damages using the registered contact details, and discard winnings from the chargebacked deposits. Under the published anti-fraud framework, it also reports confirmed fraud to the applicable regulators.

Refunds, chargebacks and inactive accounts

A refund request must reach the operator within 24 hours of the transaction in question. Requests citing third-party access have a longer window of 30 calendar days. Bonuses and winnings are deducted before any refund is calculated. The refund amount therefore reflects the deposit balance less bonus exposure on the account.

Credit-card refunds may pay back to the original card up to total deposits. Specifically, amounts above the total deposited may pay through an alternative method. Furthermore, high-risk card patterns can trigger refund-to-card processing and authority notification under the published policy. The operator reserves discretion on the refund timing within the published windows.

An account counts as inactive after 12 consecutive months with no login or logout activity. Once dormancy applies, the operator may charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 (or the current balance if that is less). The fee repeats each month until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Where the balance sits below €10, the current balance may be charged instead of the full fee.

Sanctions, PEPs and restricted persons

The operator screens all accounts against sanctions lists and PEP lists on an ongoing basis. Under the published policy, a sanctions match locks access and freezes funds immediately. The operator cannot supply services or release funds to sanctioned persons. AU players matched to a sanctions list therefore lose platform access, whatever their session activity.

Politically exposed persons are subject to enhanced due diligence under the published Terms. The operator obtains senior management approval before opening or continuing a PEP account. Source-of-funds and source-of-wealth information forms part of PEP onboarding. Monitoring then continues at a heightened level for PEPs and their family members.

Complaints and dispute pathway

Complaints go to the customer support team through the support email address. Under these Terms, [email protected] receives inbound complaints. If first-line resolution stalls, the matter escalates internally to senior staff. The player should use their registered email address in all correspondence with the operator.

Disputes over bet settlement have to reach the operator within three days of the bet being settled. Specifically, once that three-day window closes, no claims are honoured under the published Terms. Furthermore, the operator keeps the player reasonably informed about complaint status while the case is handled. Complaints left unresolved can be escalated to EGIS - FZCO as the alternative dispute resolution entity (free of charge).

Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Costa Rica govern these Terms. Specifically, disputes tied to the Terms fall under the courts of Costa Rica. Furthermore, card-payment disputes, chargebacks included, are governed by the laws of Cyprus and fall under Cyprus courts. As a result, this split in jurisdiction mirrors the relationship between the operator and the payment agent.

Any general claim arising from these Terms has to be lodged within one year of the cause. Specifically, that one-year period begins when the claim or cause of action arose. Furthermore, claims lodged after the window closes are time-barred under the published Terms. Therefore, AU players should track the dates and lodge before the deadline in any drawn-out dispute.

Modification of these terms

The operator keeps the right to change these Terms with reasonable prior notice. Specifically, that notice goes to the registered email address on the account. Furthermore, the updated Terms appear on the website with an effective date. As a result, playing on after the effective date counts as acceptance under the published Terms.

Material changes to bonus or payment provisions require explicit notification. Specifically, changes to wagering targets, max-bet limits and method availability call for direct email notice. Furthermore, the operator does not apply material changes silently to existing players. Therefore, AU punters keep the right to object to material changes by asking for account closure with a full balance refund, subject to standard rules.

Limitation of liability

The operator's liability under these Terms is capped at the value of the affected transaction. Specifically, the published Terms exclude indirect, consequential and punitive damages. Furthermore, the operator gives no warranty of uninterrupted service or absolute fairness beyond the published RNG-testing claims. The platform accepts no liability for hardware, software or internet-connection problems outside its control.

The operator takes no responsibility for whether gambling is legal in the player's country. Specifically, AU players bear the full burden of confirming their own compliance with state-level gambling law. Furthermore, the Terms are not legal advice for AU players. Therefore, AU punters with state-specific concerns should speak to qualified counsel before depositing.

Contact and communications

Players should use their registered email address for all contact with the operator. Specifically, [email protected] covers general account, complaint and verification queries. Furthermore, [email protected] covers data-controller queries under the Privacy Policy. As a result, AU players can direct any concern to the right published address.

Live chat runs 24/7 for account queries that cannot wait. Specifically, the chat icon appears in the bottom-right of every authenticated page on the platform. Furthermore, chat deals with KYC updates, urgent freeze requests and complaint intake within minutes. Under the published Terms, third-party channels do not produce binding operator communications.
